Poco M8 Power Launch: 50MP Camera, HyperOS 3, IP65 Rating and Three Colour Options Officially Revealed

Poco is all set to expand its M-series lineup in India with the launch of the Poco M8 Power on August 4. Ahead of the official announcement, the company has revealed several key specifications of the smartphone, including its camera setup, software support, design, and colour variants.

The upcoming handset is positioned as a feature-packed mid-range smartphone, offering a large battery, long-term software support, and AI-powered camera features.

Poco M8 Power to Launch in Three Colours

Poco has confirmed that the M8 Power will be available in three finishes:

• Black
• Blaze Orange
• Green

The smartphone will feature a matte-finish rear panel paired with a metal frame, while an IP65 rating will provide protection against dust and water splashes.

50MP AI Camera Confirmed

For photography, the Poco M8 Power will sport a dual rear camera setup led by a 50-megapixel primary sensor with Xiaomi’s Light Fusion 400 technology. The camera system will support several AI-based imaging features, including:

To keep temperatures under control during gaming and heavy workloads, the device will feature a 10,416 sq. mm graphite cooling system along with a vapour chamber for improved heat dissipation.

Poco M8 Power India Launch Date

The Poco M8 Power will launch in India on August 4 at 12 PM IST. Following the announcement, the smartphone will be available for purchase through Flipkart.
