Indian smartphone maker Lava International has officially introduced the new Lava Shark 2 5G in India, strengthening its presence in the affordable 5G smartphone market. The latest Shark-series device targets users who want long battery backup, smooth everyday performance, and a clutter-free Android experience without spending heavily.
The smartphone enters the highly competitive sub-Rs 15,000 segment where brands like Realme, POCO, Motorola, and Infinix continue to launch feature-packed devices aggressively.
Lava Shark 2 5G Price in India
The Lava Shark 2 5G has been launched in a single 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant priced at Rs 11,999. The phone will be available in Arya Blue and Sonar Gold colour options.
According to the company, sales will begin from June 10 through offline retail stores across India. Lava is also offering its “Free Service @ Home” support programme with the device.
Big Battery Takes the Spotlight
One of the biggest highlights of the Lava Shark 2 5G is its massive 6000mAh battery. Lava is positioning the phone as a battery-focused smartphone for users who consume a lot of video content, attend online classes, browse social media frequently, or travel regularly.
